Because all items are custom made specifically for each order, all purchases are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@calimoana.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.
